Currenly, i hold the position of General Banker Supervisor since 2022. My main duties are similar to those of a Head Teller, which I can outline as follows :

• Approving transactions at the teller in accordance with the maximum limit of my position
• Managing cash flow availability for both deposit and withdrawal transactions from customers
• Supervising teller's transactions to ensure they adhere to SOPs
• Confirming large amount transactions with check-holding customers before the transaction is executed
• Being the custodian of the cash vault key the branch's daily cash reserves

In addition to my main duties as General Banker Supervisor, I also have the following additional responsibilities :

• Assisting in achieving the branch's KPIs by promoting the bank's products (Loans, Savings, Investments, etc.)
• By promoting products, if there is a customer interested, for example, in a loan, I will assist the customer from filling out the application, processing the lian application, to disbursing the loan.

That is an overview of my duties.

Arranging the schedule for corporate company patients to receive treatment at the hospital and make appointments with specialist doctors.

If the patient is hospitalized, my task is to send the payment guarantee until it is completed without involving the patient further.

As a coffee server, my duties as a Barista at Starbucks include cashiering and general cleaning.
